Hello, I got an update on my status saying they send me an email last Aug31 requesting additional documents but I didn't receive anything. I also checked the spam. I tried to ask on the web form but still no answer. I believe my file is in the Scarborough office. How can I contact them?

Try calling IRCC. As for emails, below are the 2 email ids which were posted by someone. Perhaps you could try the citizenship test mail if the call to IRCC didn't result in a good answer.

I tried calling but there are so many options to choose. They are requesting additional documents for 65 years old applicant and the other family members are done with the citizenship test last April.

Hello folks, I finally received my notes after 3 months but I see that it says E-grant interview ready on Aug 16 and then 2 days later (Aug 18) it says E-grant clearance pending. Test passed back in April. Any clue what that means?

I applied for citizenship in. July 2021 . My ircc office is Winnipeg. I received an update for oath ceremony which is schedule on sept 20,2022 today. But i haven’t received the iath invitation email. Can anybody tell me there contact email address. I need to email them. Thanks

@Saima2022 Please do let us know if you find out, what needs to be done if one doesn't receive the oath invitation email till Oath day. To Who one should email or on which email of CIC office or is there any way to find out which location application is being processed. Please update what happens once you come with any result. Thanks. I have oath and I haven't received any earlier emails from CIC about my application.

The email address that you receive your Test email from has the info about the office that is processing your application.

Hi guys, I am from Saskatchewan and applied last year for citizenship in 15 October 2021, AOR Jan 12 2022, test taken in April and all sections completed on 27 July 2022. Waiting for oath ceremony, don’t know when, it’s frustrating of waiting for an oath. Anyone have any suggestions when it comes
