I tried last night. After more than 30 times of trying and 30 minutes of waiting after being connected, the agent asked my telephone number and i told her my china number. Then she said that i should call the local office for progress.....

While choosing virtual number in Textnow, I hope you selected the Canadian code, if not then please select a Canadian number. Also, it does take quite long to connect to an agent.
