It will display on your application dashboard that medical passed and the date. Isn’t yours displaying yet?
Not yet and I don't see a point in ordering it. Most July AORs got BIL in Nov-Dec. IRCC won't be able to finish security, eligibility etc. With backlogs + weekends + holidays, it would be better to order it in March, which is what I will do.
AOR Aug 2 Inland. Ordered GCMS notes in early Nov and received in early Dec. Notes generated on Nov 30. Page 2 show eligibility passed, medical passed, security and criminal not yet started. Biometrics also passed (it was exempted actually) and info sharing completed. Last working on file was Oct 27. Assignment should be due Nov 26. I guess I’ll order again in Jan.

"Passed candidate" is not eligibility actually passed. It means that system has determined eligibility as passed based on the documents submitted. These documents are yet to be assessed by an officer.
Yes exactly. I knew that passed candidate still requires process by an officer. But It is much better than not started. I have ordered a note yesterday to see what happens in my case
