I gave my biometrics on dec 2020 for a study visa. Did you give biometrics from the same account? Or you had different account before?

No, that was a different account. Company filed the application on our behalf.

I guess that is the reason for delay. Mine are in same exact account.

Anyone able to make new BIL appointment or reschedule the existing one.
it always show error when adding applicant details for new appointment and cannot reschedule appointment after 48 hrs of appointment creation to reschedule.
