TL;DR. Its not linked to a specific aspect like job, language, etc. Its a check if everything IRCC needs is with them - like checking if one has all the ingredients and equipment to make a particular dish. Its the first step of the processing.

we submitted my fiance's application on 2nd July 2021 and still waiting for Biometrics letter
