Nothing at all. I think no one after 12th May 2021 as AOR got his/her BIL as per immitracker.
I'm not sure where you're looking, because I see people with an AOR in September with MEP + BIL...

An outland PNP candidate from the USA got PPR. The AOR is June 2021.

I saw this too. For PNP Outland, (India in particular), last few cases and by extension us too can expect our medicals/biometrics aroun 6 months from AOR. This is by extrapolation so please consider indicative only. This is as per available info now. Things may speed up/slow down in the future.
