My application had lots of travel history and also lots of documents for proving eligibility.

Now I am collecting the package for a VAC and there is a requirement for sending proof that the RPRF fee is being paid. I paid it together with the whole application in 2021 and I do not see any relevant receipt. What should I provide then, would you be able to help? Maybe a screenshot from the EE profile page where all paid items are listed?

My AOR is July 26, 2021. This application was Ontario PNP. My medical passed on November 3rd 2021. I havent received any update yet. I see people mentioning they call IRCC, can i get the contact information. I feel like my RFV should have been received by now.
