As far as I remember, it didnt say anything about medical.

My eligibility was passed last year on GCMS note, but the agent told me it is "Not started" this week when I called the IRCC. Does it mean they reserved the eligibility to Not started or what does not Not started means? I believe the agent response was just to say something or either the GCMS note or Agent information are not accurate

Thats strange! But agent aren’t authorized to say any random stuff I guess.

how come you criminality is not passed? Did you not submit pcc or did you submit pcc late? Also maybe you should hurry up and do upfront medicals. What is your visa office?

I believe that the data in GCMS notes is indisputable. Moreover, the agents don't always have the latest information and add to that some human error in communication.
