Wow. Really happy for you considering how you were stressing about it a few months ago. It gives me hope that my application will have a decision made soon as well seeing as we have the same submission dates. I had my medical on the 24th March. Passed on 26th March. Received AOR 2 from LVO on 9th April. Have never seen anything other than "in process' on ECAS and have not heard anything else after AOR2. Am getting a bit stressed but as I said your news has given me hope that it is not long now. Once again congratulations. Hoping LL gets some good news soon as well.

Context: Received my PPR yesterday with a request to send my passport document in order for the office to issue my Confirmation of Permanent Residence. My VO is the Accra office in Ghana but I live and work in the United States on a work visa.
Question: Do I need to post my passport to the Visa Application Centre (VAC) in Ghana specifically since it is my VO? Or Can I post it to a VAC closer to me in the UNited States? (New York or LA)?

You can submit anywhere really. First - read the instructions carefully. They may say what to do if you are not in Ghana service area.
If not, contact IRCC or the VFS offices in USA or consulate in USA. No idea which is more likely to do, NY or LA. I'd say VFS is the first place to start.
You can also try Accra to see if they will put you in touch but with all of these offices they may just send you to try another office. I.e. contact VFS and they tell you to confirm with NYVO first, etc.
But have no fear, it will happen, just may take some time to get the correct answer and instructions.
Almost similar timeline July 13th applicant though!

I have no update since AOR1 in January (5 months since AOR1 without BIL or Med Request or SA) . File received July 16th 2020. I contacted my local MP office and got this response:
- The application was received at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney (CIO), Nova Scotia, on July 16, 2020.
- The initial assessment to ensure the sponsor meets all the sponsorship requirements has not been initiated.
- The responsible office has not begun reviewing the application and documents submitted in order to determine if the sponsored person (the applicant) has met the eligibility requirements.
- The medical examination results have not been requested for the applicant.
- The criminality verifications are in process.
- The security verifications have not been initiated.
- Due to COVID-19, IRCC is experiencing processing delays and we can’t provide you with accurate processing times for this application. Rest assured that we understand how important this process is for the applicant and are making all the necessary efforts to finalize the application as soon as possible.
Hi guys, please I got COPR on the 11th June but I am currently in Canada with a TRV . The letter states that I will do visual landing. Tried filling a webform to inform Ghana visa office but it's not working that I am already in Canada but after filling the form and clicked submit, it gives me error message. Any help?
