Hi guys, My PR application package had been received by IRCC on 27 October 2020 but haven't get my AOR. Do anybody know how long it may take

One of my friebd received AOR yesterday. He is Outland SINP OID applicant, his AR was 6 July 2020 and finally his AOR is 26 Jan 2021.

Hi, do you think for those people who applied through student category, PR will be processed faster, or it will take regular time 15-19 months. I just can’t find people in forum who already received their PR as a student. There are a lot of people who gets PR in 11 months, so I am wondering are they students or no?
Any thoughts about this?
