I get the feeling I'm in for a long wait too. Most people get it within 24-48. If not then, it's gonna be a little bit of a wait I'm noticing.
ECAS and GCKey are the same status as the above two users.

Complete opinion: These delays for eCOPR have made it kinda anti-climatic. I was extremely excited last Tuesday, but now I'm just getting frustrated.

was so excited that things are finally moving - got multiple emials + docs in a single day and now here I am 3 weeks later still waiting for eCOPR.

A question for all three of you above - are you all located in Vancouver or is your processing office Vancouver? I know someone who is also waiting for eCOPR since June 21 (lives in Vancouver). They called IRCC 1-888 number last Friday and the agent said it usually takes 2 weeks after which they should call back and a note will be sent to the office. Called back yesterday, and this agent said they are not sure why the previous agent said 2 weeks as there is no specific timeframe. Going by the spreadsheet, Vancouver applicants seem to have it slower than other cities/provinces.

Yes I’m in Vancouver too, but all my communication was from CPC-M, and final portal email from OSC-Ottawa.
On one of the calls, an IRCC agent told me that my file has been transferred to local Vancouver office and they will contact me directly.
Next call, agent said nope it’s still at CPC-M!
Not sure who is supposed to respond to me

I just received my eCoPR My timeline is at the signature section. Can't wait for the PR card but I heard it takes another 2-3 months.

That was super fast! Congrats! When you logged in to your portal account, was the initial message still "in review with IRCC" or was it something different? Are the other two items - photo and address still "in review with IRCC"?

Yeah faster than I expected. Thank you

Yes and yes for both questions. The only difference is, when scrolling down to the bottom, there's a button to download the eCoPR.

May I ask which VO processed your COPR? Should be at the bottom of your initial PR email
