Long back my oath ceremony was scheduled for 16th feb.22. Since then, everyone else is getting oath ceremony date for Nov and Dec.....why?

Happy to see lot of people moving ahead in the process of getting their citizenship. But are there people who have applied in July 2020 and still waiting for test as I am in this situation.

Yes, they requested background checks which were completed in August but nothing after that for one application, the other one has an update from May and nothing after.

All my travel docs are expired.
My passport
PR card.
Will be isolated in Canada for life.

On tracker I am invited to take test between 29th October and 19th November and it is stated that instructions will be sent. But so far no instructions sent and tomorrow in 29th October. Actually I am out of country. How should I contact IRCC about test instructions and my status ? Which email address I should sent them email?

On tracker saw my and spouse's exam scheduled from 30 oct to 19 nov. But did not receive any email.

Since me an spouse applied together as family, can we take the test on different date and time? Or will have to be on the same time?

Different dates/times within the validity period are acceptable

Mine was sent a day before the test start date. If you have checked your spam folder and inbox, you can contact them by submitting a webform on their website.
You can google ircc webform and you will get to it.

And regarding being out of country, when they send out the test email invitation it also includes instructions for those who want to take the test outside canada and guides them on what needs to be done to be able to proceed.
