Its called a ghost update. You might see an actual update on the dashboard in a few days.

Hi everyone, I am July 2020 applicant from Vancouver. No update after April 23. Background check is completed and rest are in progress while test and oath showing not started yet. I was wondering is there is anyone from Vancouver area in the same situation.

Its strange, just can't work out why some applications seem to breeze through on time, and some are over a year. Nothing after April 23rd here also.
