This is how it was prior to Covid time. The interview was at the same place and date after the test. Now it's not really relevant, but the excel form was not updated.

Correct, but not during the same day. The chart has only one cell (Column J) for this information, so designed for 1 date input only . In Covid reality a test date and an interview date are 2 different dates now.

I'm trying to figure out a timeline on when the July applicants get their oath ceremony.

Test passed in May 10.

It all depends on your office. Some offices are faster than others.

You can't.

Use ECAS and the new dashboard to check your application status.

I passed my test on 16th May, status was showing "We're waiting on you". This has changed to "In Progress" on 24th May.

Yep, new dashboard updated test activity on may 20th, got email just today, may 26th.
