Sure. It started snowing in Saskatchewan today. Everybody is slow sad and cannot type
I guess that explains it. Sorry to hear about snow man. Here it is 9 degrees and cloudy. Nice weather though. Are you jealous?

My last prediction was second half of October. So for you it still stays the same IMO. But for me it could be first half of November since my application was delivered on 31st July.

I hope u are right. I still do not understand why half people skipped in feb, mar, apr, may, june. I understand different people work on different papers, but......if you are backlogged does it mean june applicant that got aor earlier will get test request (if test resumes) before feb backlogged guy?

Hard to say. I still couldn't figure out the way IRCC works. It definitely looks like they are not efficient at all processing every application (looks like again, it could be wrong too). But I guess it all depends on individual application. Some applications are complicated and some are straightforward. We don't even know that AOR is the only step happens after they open the envelop. There must be something else as well. May be they are doing some other checks before AOR which might take longer for some applications if they are complex and not if they are straightforward. Also they use lot of 3rd party agencies to do all these checks and they have their own way of handling different applications. These 3rd party agencies can take long time for some applications.

I have also heard that sometimes they pick up random applications for detailed check and stuff like that. So if that's the case then some application might take longer than usual.
