Hi Surrey, BC applicant here

Here's my timeline:
Application sent- July 1st 2020
AOR Sent- January 4th 2021
Background marked Complete- March 2nd 2021
Citizenship test invite- September 16th 2021
Citizenship test taken- October 3rd 2021
Interview with Immigration Officer- February 15th 2022
Asked for more evidence of physical presence sent- February 16th 2022
Prohibition and Language skills marked completed- Feb 15th 2022
Physical Presence marked completed- March 4th 2022

I have a question about some things, So on the Client application status it was marked Decision Made, then the next day my physical presence was marked completed. I do still have on the more indepth application status site the message on top "Send us additional information" but it was on there before and I want to think the guy forgot to take it off once he marked my physical presence completed. Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Does this mean I should be expecting my oath ceremony to change from "Not Started" to "Completed" soon?

Nervous because my PR card expires soon. Thanks for any responses!
Dont worry about the message in the tracker. Prohibitions never gets completed without the officer marking it complete and we dont get DM without officer finalized the application. So nothing to worry.
Just wait for "Citizenship ceremony" to turn from "Not Started" to "In progress" which is when you would get a new notification online about the oath date.

Hi, I am from Ottawa. Citizenship Test updated at December 21, 2021. Still waiting for Oath invitation!! Is there anyone from Ottawa waiting like me?
Unfortunately Ottawa is the slowest office by far. Even after done with ceremony, have seen people waiting for 4 months just to receive the certificate. They are trying to clear the certificate mess now and probably why we have not seen any ceremony invites for April or May yet. Hope to see some ceremony movement soon

Hi all, first I would like to thank everyone in this forum for all the insights and guidance that you provide. My journey is finally over. Received Citizenship certificates today. 7 days after oath ceremony. Good luck to everyone still on this long journey.
Do you have to apply for Citizenship certificate separately or do you automatically get it after oath?

Hi, can you please elaborate what they needed when they asked for more information for physical presence sent. I am from Vancouver office and have interview next week. I would appreciate an early reply. Thanks

Yeah, no problem. When I applied I was at 1,098 days in Canada but the minimum is 1,095. so I thought I was good, In my interview he says their records showed I left the country on a trip I didn't account for so I was under the minimum at like 1,092 or something like that. He told me that I needed to send the proof of those trips but also if I had anything between 2015-2017 that showed I was present in Canada on a vacation or anything it would help my numbers (I landed here in 2017 and applied in 2020 so 5 years before my application date). for some reason I couldn't find any information between 2015 - 2016 so I just sent pictures from vacations from Facebook and Instagram that were dated and geotagged and car insurance for a car I rented on my trip up here in 2016. I think it worked because it's marked completed now. Don't sweat the interview, they're usually very nice and understanding and will answer any questions that you have. Aslong as you have above the minimum amount of physical presence you'll be golden.
