In our case, they approved it immediately. However, some officers call to request some additional docs or info. It depends in your situation. Stay positive.
Thank you for your email.

All urgent request for citizenship needs to be supported by supporting documents. The documents you sent does not fall into the category of supporting documents. In your case, if you made an application for the job, got the job and was told you need to be a citizen, then that letter of offer showing the conditions of employment would then be considered as a supporting document. The review team would then look into your request and make a decision.

I submitted job listing, my resume, degree my current employment letter

What is your thought

but you didn't get the job that you attached its listing right? I assume that's why they denied your request.

Hey raj, what’s the probability of UP request being approved if you receive an email from IRCc saying they have sent your information to Local office? And have verified the urgent processing info you provided?
Can't predict "probability" based on this response. Unless a call center agent tells you that UP is approved OR you get a call from IRCC office and an officer tells you that UP is accepted OR your GCMS notes show that UP is accepted, there is no definitive way of telling if its approved or not. UP approvals are based on a LOT of discretion.

Regarding UP, if you know it has been given to the office to follow up with you on, should you contact the office dealing with the application via email to see what's going on? Has anyone successfully contacted them and had a response.

Given the response from IRCC it doesn’t make any sense ( IMO) you get a job offer and letter and that’s a supporting document highly unlikely! Most of the Govt jobs you won’t pass the first step if citizenship is one of the requirements!

I think you are 100000% right. Nobody will even security screen you.

Hi, BG check completed in February and test completed mid June and nothing since. I look through the other tracking sheets and have seen some people progress in the last few weeks and receive decision made (from January and February) so at least there is life in the Ottawa office. From my calculations though you should have a test invite a few months ago at least but then the test to DM might just happen for you quicker since your test seems to be really late.

It seems Ottawa location is slow. I sent a form to inquiry the progress, the reply is very official, telling that I might not be in the list with priority.
