Here is the link to the new online service people have been using, I saw it on the previous page. You need to have your UCI, Application #, and will need to register using the same email address as the one on your application.

Everything is in progress when I checked mine. Last update is showing as 23 April. No FP request. anyone else application shows same ?

Mine shows the same and I called them last Thursday, they told me that my app is still in Sydney!

Yes but most of applications has background security done but mine is still in progress.

I got the test notification email today. I'll report back once we complete (and hopefully pass!) the test. Test window: May 14th -June 6th.

Hi everyone,

I called CIC today to find out if my file is in Nova Scotia or Saskatoon. My file is in transit stage from Nova Scotia to Saskatoon. Somebody from Saskatoon should receive it (electronically probably), then be assigned to Saskatoon agent, then test scheduled. But agent mentioned Saskatoon office works only some days and Regina office is temporary closed. So Saskatoon on half time processes whole province.

This new tracker could have been improved if it had one line File location. I passed background and.......it will be 2-3 months wait for test

I made a huge mistake in my application by putting my name in given name and leaving last name blank. They have not returned my file or asked anything. My background check is in progress. Any way to correct it?

You can sinply correct by submitting a web form. Attach a scan copy of your passport as proof

Thanks.Could you kindly share me the link of web form. Also as they have not asked any documents should I just submit the webform.
