Ohh. I thought they are really cleaning up the backlog. I am an applicant from 1st week of August. I was hoping to get a news in next 10 days.
Seems like that might not be true.

Everything passed in Feb 8. Waiting for final decision. All applicant and dependents inland.

Moving to another province has no impact on your application, as along as you are not moving to QC.

IRCC is finalising application, you just have to wait your turn.

Too depressing, and this week only has one day left. Only good news is about the getting the 2nd dose

I am waiting to hear from past 7 months (medicals expired in Nov 2020), no news. I have got various advices, some say go ahead and get it done some say wait. IRCC agent say to wait, most likely it will be extended. So, I am waiting.

If the instruction letter/email says you have to redo medicals then you have to do it. For extension usually it reflects in your account that you passed medicals

on of My friends applied 3-4 years ago and at that time the medical exam was the last step. They may ask for it after you pass everything else.

wrt my application, I received a GU on Thursday.

Got a GU this morning. nothing’s changed. If they have the time to do something or ask re-med, why not finalize the applications to save ppl some money, time and trouble. SWOP got approved on Friday and no refund there anymore.
