You can surely request, sending you a COPR is at the discretion of IRCC. Also, as regards PCC, if IRCC wants one they will ask. If you have moved to another country, you will have to update your address with IRCC

Hello, thanks for the above information provided, yes, I did inform them during the process that I need to return to my home country for a personal issue. they are holding my application since I am overseas therefore I could not return as well as the coronavirus restriction.

I thought if I get approved they would not ask anything further, since the process is finished.

I got an ghost update this morning, it showed Application Updated on main Page, after about two hours, it changed to Submitted. The waiting process is so frustrating.

I'm July 15th and I got a ghost update last week. hopefully it's a sign that they are looking back at older applications.

I just called IRCC, the agent told me that everything is passed, I will just have to wait for COPR letter. You can also make a call, they will let you know.

I didn't asked when they approved everything. I would assume in April.
My GCMS notes show the eligibility was approved in Jan/Feb, then CIC asked Schedule A file in Mar 2nd, today I received Ghost updates, after calling CIC, I was told final approved.
