I like the display without the 100% bar
Ghost update here as well. No email but it showed “application/profile updated” with no actual visible changes.
Even the ghosts don't like my profile. No updates.
Received a ghost update yesterday and didn't receive any email or message in my GC account. I assume possibly passed: criminality, eligibility conclusively passed, security background or possibly all three.

When i called last month it was recommended passed
Even on my GCMC notes it was recommended passed

Recommend Pass still means in progress. It won't be complete until conclusively passed by a senior officer.
Hierarchy:
Program Assistant - checks to ensure all docs are present and accounted for
Case Analyst - in depth review of submitted docs, confirms CRS points vs what was submitted, and makes Pass/ Fail/ Review Required recommendations
Officer - makes Pass or Fail decisions on stages
You can leave Canada but to come back you would either need a PR card or PRTD doc.
One thing you can do is, if you have a trusted person here get them to courier you PR card to India. Will take about $200-$300 by FedEx and FedEx takes max 5 days reach to metro cities.
If you don't want to risk FedEx getting lost or something out of the ordinary happening, get a PRTD Doc. But I think they don't issue a PRTD if they have issued a PR card, I could be wrong, you can read more about it here

Happened with me thrice. But there is no actual update on my application.
CIC is tough to reach these days. Have placed an order for CBSA notes which I am expecting sometime next week.

Did you call to find out if it was false updates? The three ghost updates might signify your file is approved and you passed: eligibility,criminality and security background check and are they are just waiting to issue you with your COPR.
I haven't been able to get hold of an agent as the call gets disconnected. The last time I had called my Eligibility was recommended pass, Security and Criminal Check were not initiated.
Same here got a ghost update last friday .. then another one on monday which i think was a glitch because it was during their maintenance window.. will try to call them next week aor 13 july
Lol. Same. I don't ever get ghost updates. Last email from them was 15th September requesting biometrics.
