Your file looks fine...nothing is required from you at all.
Your biometrics fee has not been refunded because the officer has not finalized it.
Eligibility:recommended pass

What's your AOR?

I can't seem to speak to an agent. Every time I call and go to hear the status about my application, I hit 0 to speak to an agent, and then the automated system tells me that all the agents are currently busy and just hangs up. Doesn't even put me on hold. This happened to me 5 times. How are you guys speaking to an agent?

I am calling from Vancouver, don't know if that matters. My AOR is July 9th, and aside from Medical being passed I got no updates.

Guys,
Why bombarding IRCC with such ("irrelevant") questions?

-> You have confirmation recommend pass for eligibility - you should be super happy about that and not waste yours and all of the others' time -
I have to panic haha - I don't even know if I am recommend pass or anything at all.

Had also issues when I called like 5 times on a morning (from Van) and couldn't get through. It will be what it will be:
I CROSS MY FINGERS FOR YOU ALL - KEEP POSITIVE - I KNOW HOW HARD IT FEELS, as I am also near a mental breakdown from fear & excitement ;)!

ALL THE BEST TO ALL OF YOU!

What irrelevant question? I don't have a recommend pass for eligibility, no update for that matter. My bar is 100% complete with no progress in my application at all.

It's hard to make it through to an agent. I had to call several times (about 6) in a row to get transferred to a real person. Keep trying, again and again and again!

OH! I see and understand! @shussain92
Same with me, the thing is: COVID19-delays are in effect, that's what the agents told me, so I believe this should not be worrisome for you at all.
If you can't get through, maybe write a nice short web form to the agents? Or maybe you want to be a bit more patient, as delays are in place. I don't know how some got lucky under 6 months processing, but maybe they were PNP's. PNP's got approved much quicker, but they cannot enter Canada, and have to wait outside of the country.

I wish you good luck as well! Let's keep each others connected and updated on this forum!

AOR is July 30....I usually go through other options be it citizenship or PR card...when I get to an agent, he or she directs me to the right agent
