Just called a minute ago again. PST and right now it’s 7:48 am. I thought their time was in EST so it’s always open when I am awake
thats weird they seem to be open. currently 10:50 AM EST. Can you try again and let us know at what stage you get the message

After it says welcome to ircc etc etc when there is a pause and it says - call centre is currently closed. I’m going to try in 5 minutes again because it will be after 8 - still weird though

Tried calling them and had no issues or closed messages.

When i applied in july she was in India but just after my pr application she got her SOWP approved and now she is in Canada with me.

May I know whether you have mentioned that your spouse was outside or inside canada during application?
Because my spouse is in Canada with me but I don't recall anywhere that system had asked me whether my spouse is in Canada or not. however, we have uploaded her passport shows Canadian OWP visa label on it.

Applied for GCMS notes on 16 Nov and received it today. Nothing much has been done to my file
Eligibility - Not started

Wow! That's shocking to see that our files are just collecting dust. My application has no progress either.
I wonder how long we really have to hang in there...

I recently received AOR on Dec 11, 2020 and I am Inland CEC candidate.
When I had submitted ITA on Dec 10, 2020, I had mentioned Masters for my Wife as per Indian education; because, ECA was not done at that time and I had marked ECA to No. However, now ECA has been done today (12/17) and WES evaluated Indian MSc to Bachelor degree. Do I need to inform CIC about this change, though I did not claim any education points for my Wife as ECA was not done before AOR ?

Thank you

You're in the July AOR thread. Head on over to the December AOR thread. It exists. Just do a search. :)

Since you marked ECA=NO (you did not claim points for your wife's education), there is no need to inform CIC about what the WES considers about your wife's MSc or whatever...
