Hi @legalfalcon Is biometrics exempted for people outside Canada also if they have given biometrics before ?

IRCC has informed that the biometric instruction letter (BIL) cannot be amended and IRCC will continue to advise applicants that they have 30 days from the date of the letter to give their biometrics. In the most recent policy change, IRCC has informed that if you have given biometrics in the last 10 years, you are exempt from giving them again. I just called IRCC again a few min ago- agent told me that my eligibility was recommended passed by an officer and not an analyst.. seemed a bit weird that it went straight to an officer or is that normal? @legalfalcon

It is recommended passed and not conclusively passed.

Yes it is...
It doesnt depend on the current country of residence... If you have given biometrics in the past, you are exempted...

Could anyone confirm that you only get a PPR email or in the profile also it gets reflects or how many days it takes to reflect into the profile after you receive the email?

Email. The profile doesn't change until copr I am told.
