"Review Type - A 11.2 Case processing Agent Application and then the application ID is mentioned" is this recommended pass or conclusively passed? This is recommended passed. After this you will have an officer's note. see post I shared above.

My criminality is stuck in progress from very long time , Is there any thing i can do it expedite it . Called IRCC yesterday , they told Eligitbility passed , security not started , criminality in progress. i Uploaded one of my PCC late after they requested for Addl Documents around Sep last year .Could that be an issue

Same here, my criminality in progress and security not started!!! Eligibility recommended pass!!! File in Ottawa office bck stuck since January... Aor July 8

I have never been successful calling IRCC and I've tried over 15 times in the past few months. I tried again today and it seems they changed the menu. There was no option to speak to an agent. All the options were irrelevant. Does anyone know anything about this and how to get to an agent?

even I have never been able to talk to an agent. I have requested my legal representative to order for the GCMS notes. However my representative is ignoring my request. Is there anyway I can approach IRCC myself. Pls advise .

Why don't you apply for the GCMS notes yourself? Or you could send a Webform?

1. Call on this no. 1888-242-2100,
2. Choose 1 for english
3. and then press 1 for your UCI no
4. Press 1
5. Again Press 1
6. Press 2 for express entry
7. Press 2 if your application starting with E
8. then provide them your application number
9. Press 1 for checking the status of your application
10. after listening to the status, Press 0 for the agent
11. Press 1 if you want to call back and give them your Canadian number.
12. note the wait time and Hang up.

Hey yes you can, You need your UCI, Application number, and all your current details mentioned in the application like address, e-mail, phone number.
you can also order your GCMS notes by using the above information.

Thank you so much for your response. I have tried but it never gives me the option for a callback. They always say the agents are busy and they hang up right away. I tried again just now. I tried calling anytime from 7 AM PST to all the times throughout the day!

When the system said press 0, right way press 0. Try 2-3 times. I just had a conversation with the agent. It works always for me.
