Being out of Canada, does this means that my file is gonna take longer to process even if I applied as an inland?Hello everyone,
So since Feb 2020, my file is stuck on the same status with no updates. No GU either. No final decision. They asked for schedule A & NOA's. Not sure why.
I applied as an inland. Had to go back to India for personal reasons in November. I received a bridging work permit. Applied for Visa on 25th December. Stuck in India now. Not able to come back.
AOR : July 13, 2020
Eligibility: Recommended passed
Criminality: Passed
Security : Passed
Hi, I ordered from CBSA, gcms notes were printed 3 weeks after my order.I would like to share some recent experience of applying GCMS notes from CBSA. To be honest it's quite weird.
I applied in early January, and one week or two later, someone from CBSA wrote an email to me, asking my consent to limit the range of GCMS notes just to electronic records, and I said yes. Another two weeks later CBSA sent me a notice that the processing will take up to 60 days. And more than one month later, just several days ago, I received a CD including just one single PDF file sent from CBSA. The whole processing time is more than 2 months, and what's more important is, the content of the GCMS note is still in January!
@legalfalcon may I ask if this is normal for CBSA GCMS note?
There is no specific timeframe, but if you see approved in your MyCIC account, then within a few days.Do you have any idea how long it is usually take to get a copr?
