It's the most common issue. If you have uploaded and its not showing afterwords then its a glitch of IRCC website. Try to refresh the page and clearing cache files for about 15-20 times (I am not kidding) and you will be able to see it again.

Welcome, it usually takes around 1 to 1.5 months to move to the Eligibility Review stage after AOR. All the best.

The application to change my spouse's surname (due to marriage) in her passport is in progress. How do I inform CIC once it has changed and what documents do I need to provide?

Thanks for the confirmation. Got same issues. Most of us has same issue so maybe its not a problem.
