I would like to share my personal experience and sincerely request you not to apply for TRV .... I agree that many people have tried TRV and have succeeded but for my husband TRV was refused and the very next day our spouse sponsorship application moved to NDVO. I later came to know through a immigration lawyer that its because of this refusal our application moved to India rather than moving to MISSISSAUGA. ...if we didn't apply TRV may be by now my husband would have received PR
TRV application has got nothing to do with your PR application....

Ok ....the UCI number for both the process is the same....when the TRV was refused ....he got a refusal on his UCI number therefore it moved to NDVO ...now this was told to me by a genuine immigration consultant in Canada.... neither you or myself know the truth ....I'm not here to spread something not true ....I thought this info would help someone

Your file transfer from Sydney to Mississauga . I think your file will be process by Mississauga so no worry that file will transfer to Delhi.

Keep checking ECAS. Once they start processing your file, you can see line 2 in ECAS. Nothing to worry.

What’s your timeline now?
07-18 - app received
09-26 - aor
09-26 - biometrics
09-27 - sa
09-27 - medical
09-30 - biometrics completed
10-08 - medical completed
10-09 - FILE TRANSFERED TO CPC MISSISSUAGA

this is still my timeline thats why we are very happy that we took the risk to apply for trv. now we are here in Canada reunited with my husband and our baby.

Thanks for your reply. Our timeline is same - submitted package July 2019, AOR Oct. 2019 and file at AVO October 2019. Waiting on biometric letter and medical request, no further information at this time. I thought he might be refused visitor's visa since we are applying for permanent residence and then Immigration would say he has no reason to return to his home and will try to stay here. So didn't want to put a visitor's visa request in if it might go against him, but also miss him and is the holidays coming up - confused.

as long as you have a strong reason for applying for trv, good cover letter, money in the bank, and a proof that you will be. coming back to your. home country.... it. is risky but you can always try.

Hi
One question I have seen so many people’s application transfer to Mississauga why ? Which mine straight transfer to Ankara.
Please comment below .

Hi, can you shared here which documents your husband has submitted for TRV

Hi, can you shared here which documents your husband has submitted for TRV
Letter from his employer for a month's vacay....bank statement with 40000 CAD balance. Several property papers, car papers and his law degree details for which he needs to appear for exams. Marriage certificate, our son's birth certificate. A letter stating that he wants to visit his son coz its been over a year after we have come here.

I gave a invite letter stating clearly the reason was to spend some family time and l even stated that our seven year old cannot understand the waiting period with regards to the spouse sponsorship visa.

Also I made it clear that we are financially stable and he would go back to his home country at the end of the period mentioned.

I provided rental agreement, employment details, bank statements, PR card copies.

The reason for refusal was the case officer was not satisfied that he would go back.
