hi, can I get access to that excel sheet where you look timelines. I cant find it. I just get to know about yours. I don't know who else got aor today. would you please share that link of that excel sheet.

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help me! I received my passport request on 30 September. I am from a visa-exempt country (UK) so I don't need to mail my passport in, I only need to submit a photocopy through my online account.

However, when I log into my account, there's no option to upload the photocopy as it says no documents are needed for my application. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Biometrics requested: September 06, 2019
Biometrics completed:September 13, 2019
Medicals requested: September 12, 2019
Medicals given: September 26, 2019
Medicals passed: October 02, 2019

But GCkey showing only medical passed status but not showing bio-metric passed? it is normal ??
and what is the next step after all this??

My wife’s medical passed is updated on the Gckey portal, but she didn’t receive any emails. But usually I was of the impression that we will receieve an email saying ‘Your Application has been updated’ after/before this.

We are a bit worries if her email is having some issue as we missed few emails from cic before and we fixed this recently.
So a bit worried of not getting the email and keeping in mind PPR will be send as an email.

I didn't receive an email either and I passed my medicals on Sep 27. So I'm presuming that they don't send emails when the medical passes. Before that our application was moved to the VO in Vienna.

Now I have these two ongoing processes:
  1. We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
  2. We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
And no updates since the 27th. I also have this message about the biometrics (which I provided in early Sept.)
  • We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details.
I emailed them and they said everything is ok with that too.

So according to everyone, it's a waiting game from now on. There are no right or wrong answers to what happens next: PPR, interview request, additional documents etc.

Yes this is normal. Seems like a mistake in their system. I contacted them about it and was assured that everything is running well.

Did you get any email saying Your Application has been updated after the Medical Passed in GCKey account?
