@Tanyusuf thank you. I have linked it to GCKey profile today and then I saw this message in the GCKey profile under submitted applications —> Check Application status —> Review Medical Results.
Since I linked it only today and the message was already there, I thought the email was already sent and we might have missed it. Is that a possibility, or no matter what the medical request will be in the GcKey profile??
If so, where can I see the request?

Log into your account => Click "Check full application status" => Scroll down to "Messages about your application"

That is where you will find the Medical/ Biometric requests once you have linked your application to GCkey account

Hi,

Any idea how long it will take to update the ecas once we submitted additional document thru webform. They asked us for an updated police clearance. Another thing, do they inform us or do they update the ecas once they receive the additional document? TIA

Hi please I have One more question,what if cic ask me to upload a document via the gc key account and I decide to send the document (hardcopy) by mail to them, is that acceptable ? Cause I’ve seen people complain about the hassle of uploading documents..thanks

I think, after you got your file number, you can upload anything through IRCC Web Form. And, its very easy.

Hi guys,
I am sponsoring my wife and got the SA a week back. Today I linked my application to the online account and in the Review of Medical results it says -

• We have requested a medical exam. We will send you a letter or email with details.

We haven’t received any email regarding the same, any one have any idea on the same?

Hello,

1. Call IRCC call center.
2. You can also go to any panel physician with your passport and file number. And do the medical. I am more or less certain (not 100% as I am not the authorized person) that, once panel physician will upload your medical, it will show in you GcKey
3. Last resort, do the medical as mentioned in step 2. And upload the report via IRCC webform

My wife has done medical last week. Nothing has been updated as yet in gckey. How do we come to know that medical is passed and they have received medical reports? How many days it usually takes after medical?

Whether your wife passed the medical or not, that you can ask your doctor.
Usually, when all are passed, doctor send the report to IRCC.
Also, you can upload you completed medical report through IRCC webform.

Hi! Yes, I got an email stating that our file has been forwarded to CPC-Mississauga on September 18th. PA had his medical exam on September 15th and the physician will submit it to IRCC since we chose the eMedical list of IRCC panel physician, we are still waiting for the conformation in GC PA still need to complete his Biometrics on September 24th, as that was the closest appointment we could get.
