hoooooooooof same like me all so i did this according i refused in my 1st Background check but unfortunately in my last background check i sign NO .hope every things going will but i'm not sure .

1st when she started your sponsorship.
2nd what is ur file status right now ?
and where they referred your application its processing in Canada or India or UK ?

1. She started the application on 14th July.
2. Regarding file status; we have newly applied under family class, spouse application outside Canada & I am waiting for AOR since July.
As I'm living in Turkey, my application gonna be referred here to Ankara or Istanbul VO when I'm eligible for sponsorship (SA).
I wish to hear from you as well bro.

I guess that AOR will be received between 45-60 days after submission of the application.
I wish you get it soon and go for the next steps. May I ask you that where is the PA living?

A : she is working full time/short time ?
B: she is studying ?
3th : did u submitted all evidence due ur case relationship like.
marriage certificate .wedding pictures. police certificate . medical check up.etc?

As requested via CIC web site for the country specefic requirements, we submitted wedding ceremony photos, marriage certificate as we got married here in Turkey under regulation of Turkey and hold Turkish marriage certificate, long term chat history, forms required, photos after and before marriage reception and helping documents like driving license, shared posts in social Media regarding you engagement or Marriage and printing out the comments and Likes we have got there. Etc

but my background check is still in process in UK.

Did you submit your Police clearance certificates along with your application package?
yeah i have sent twice each forms . in starts of my sponsorship .for the 2nd time i sent them on April 2019 .
Normally it takes 12 months to process the application but take it easy and be patient, no two ways about it.
As I found your comments that you had a refusal record before, is that impress the latest application or not?
basically i don't have refusal record before just there was a mistake in my Background check then i submitted .

Did you mess anything like some forms or any other things? And what's your status of living in current country?
Its a print format for the (✔) sign . I called about it as well but it just the tick that changes after the paper ia printed.Updated checklist saying Check R for each applicable itemanyone else seen this?
