I've just been invited to take the Online Citizenship Test.
I received the invitation but my wife hasn't received anything yet. Hope she gets it asap.

My application details are as follows:
- Hamilton Office
- App delivered: July 25th, 2019
- AOR received: October 10th, 2019
- In process: November 6th, 2019
- FP requested: November 25th, 2019
- Test invite: March 31st, 2019

Keep in mind that your first FP has expired (valid for 1 year) so suggest after completing test send a webform to request FP instructions for 2nd FP. This will save you time.

Anyone received Oath invites from Hamilton, ON office? It's been 2 weeks since decision made, still waiting. Or is it too early to expect the invite.

I think you should send a webform on Monday. In actual fact, I have not seen anyhome from Hamilton getting Oath invite here.

It's one week for me since DM, I am going to wait another week and then the week after I will send a webform.

Thank you, Adey. That's what I'm expecting. I already tried calling them like 10 days ago to ask for new FP but they said that I only have to wait till it's requested by the officer.
I had a friend who's been through the same experience and he was asked for new FPs few days after he was done with his test.

Are there any July 2019 applicants still waiting for a test invitation after their original one was cancelled? It looks like everyone here has been tested already...

There are many July 2019 applicants who didn’t even get any tests invite yet. I am one if them

My test was canceled in March last year and it's been total silence ever since. I don't think I'm much of an exception either. I know people who haven't even got their first invite yet.

People in the new online process seem to be having a better experience though so who knows

A friend of mine recieved an online test invite and he won't be able to attend as he is currently outside Canada on an important business trip so he will need to reschedule

Has anyone gone tried rescheduling before and do you know how it goes ?

Incase of rescheduling can the test be rescheduled to a future date after 2-3 months for example ?

Any advice or experience with that would be appreciated

Hi,

The process of rescheduling (with a valid reason of not attempting the online test) is already given in the email your friend has received. They should contact on the given address explaining the situation of not doing the test and their next availability.

Just reply back to the test invite and let them know which Month works. I did that for my wife and the office acknowledge they would provide the new date for the month we asked. However, she did return to Canada before the test window expired , and they confirmed the test can be still done.
