It was letter in mail box. Sure, I can check the date they mailed and get back to you....

The date when they mailed was 27th Aug. I guess i might have received in mail box earlier. Actually i dint check from 2 days..

Hi everyone,

I can see a lot of virtual oath events taking place but no mention of any tests or test invites since last March ?

Just wondering if there is other people like me who haven't received any further updates on client status website & no email notifications since confirmation of reciept of citizenship application ?

My timeline is as follows :

Citizenship

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on June 19, 2019.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on August 28, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on October 9, 2019.

Last time I checked my application was with IRCC office Hamilton

I hope they didn't forget me !

No I didn't get a formal invite prior to covid.
Only an offer to come for Oath on the next day of my test.
However I had to refuse as I was travelling the same weekend which was unavoidable.

Got email invite for virtual oath on 14th Aug.

did you apply for GCMS notes before you get the virtual oath invite.Even i got the invite for oath next day.I am travelling so i had to refuse the oath .
i applied for GCMS notes if you had applied for notes.I have some doubts.

In process: Oct. 25, 2019
test date: March 07, 2020
decision made: March 08, 2020
Oath letter invite: Sept. 04, 2020
Virtual Oath Ceremony: Sept 08, 2020
Location: Mississauga

We got our oath ceremony invitation yesterday. Virtual oath ceremony on September 11, 2020 via Zoom.

Our timeline:

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on July 29, 2019.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on October 18, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on November 12, 2019.
4. We sent you a notice on December 2, 2019 to appear and write the citizenship test on January 24, 2020.

Today I had virtual oath. The process was smooth. Mississauga office. Earlier I got email, followed by phone call.
