Yes! for CEC inland medical should be passed within 35 days. In your case, it almost 60 days - you should call CIC or contact them

Thank you Manan! I contacted them and they said the agent start to process my application with a background check instead of the medical check... I have no idea what is going on... :(:(

@Jabya you need to hold on once your eligibility starts and its met by the analyst they will request RPRF in some cases sometimes they will pass eligibility immediately and then will ask you for RPRF the mails itself will be different with which you can figure if it is met or passed. wither way RPRF is a good thing.

so does this mails specify whether eligibility met or passed? whats the differentiator I mean in the mail?

@Jabya
one type of email will only ask you to pay RPRF and will not mention anything else this implies they have worked on your file and eligibility is met and pending to be passed by an officer
the other type of email will say we are almost done processing your application and verifying admissibility requirements meanwhile we noticed you have not paid RPRF so kindly pay the same within 7 calendar days this implies that eligibility is passed and they have initiated security checks

if will they specifically mention in the email if it is met or passed? no they wont.

You can call them again and ask them specifically about medicals. Did they received your medicals or not?

I guess only 2 people from July didn't get their medical pass yet. Me and zn1994.For me its complicated as CIC generated 2 IME numbers. I called CIC twice and raised webquery. The only response they gave me was that they can see the proof that I did medical. Rest they cant tell anything. One agent said the medical should not stop other part of application to continue, the other one said they are not immigration officer. So definitely try and call IRCC they may or may not provide you update. I guess medical update is supposed to be the most straight forward one but luck can at times defy.

Thank you for detailed clarification. So if the other 2nd mail comes (which will imply eligibility passed) I should consider this as positive progress right?
