Greetings @legalfalcon. Please I'm in a dire situation


My case is this:

I had ITA FSW(outland)on 29th May, 2019 after more than 2 years of waiting. However, the IELTS I used had Test Date of 13th May, 2017 and Test result date of 28th September, 2017. The reason for the long interval being between the two dates was due to the remarking of my Speaking test which was upgraded from 6.5 to 7.0.

Now , I have submitted my application on 20th June,2019 and got eAOR same date . Due to the euphoria of ITA I forgot to double check my IELTS test result. The result is more than 2 years after the test date but still remains like 3 months to the 2 years of the Test result date.

So please is my IELTS still valid for the processing of my application.
Please what do you advise me to do now. I am seriously burning out.

I am anticipating my AoR soon once I've submitted all my documents. I have a question regarding proof of funds. If my funds with say one investment company where I have mutual funds is sufficient, can they simply do the letter or should I also include an LoE to explain and detail all my other funds?

I have booked my medicals for tomorrow and I went a nose surgery 2 years back, do I need to disclose that surgery to the physician since the same is cured now and the same problem cannot arise in the future.
