I m June 10 , 2017 out land applicant , Canadian citizen sponsoring my wife , app is in London Visa Office.

* I got letter from London office on May 22, 2018 for the additional documents to be provided. Process is there in FINAL DECISION state. The response to the letter has been sent and docs uploaded on June 10, 2018.

*On June 28 an identical letter was sent to me to respond " similar to the previous one" only with the date change.. i am worried... whats that same letter twice also we had responded to the letter of May 22, 2018 already.

Kindly let me know I am worried and don't know what to do in this situation, even the second comes with no space to download and doc..i am considering a mistake or an error???

Can any one know whats happening??

Yes, there are lots of updated forms last June 2018

I checked the forms their are no changes only change is in checklist address sydney and they returned my file back because my spouse didn't sign on the background form where they need handwritten sign and electronic signature.....

Usually the footnote of each form says when was the form updated last.

As long as you have an up to date application forms, sign both handwritten and electronically, follow the instructions and cross check it with the check list, plus the documents needed, you will be fine.

If you live abroad and are planing to go back to Canada at some point, it’s good to start planning from the early stage.
I am sure at some point the VO will ask for your plan to go back to Canada.

The footnote is updated. If they’ll see you using outdated forms, they will return it without reading your forms thoroughly. So, be careful and always check if the forms are updated each month.
