I updated my home address on Jan. 02, 2019 which I should have done back early Sept., 2018 when I just moved to the current address. New address showed up today on ECAS. Does this update affect the application process? Any comments?

If you have changed the city it may have an impact, otherwise it doesn't matter as long as you have stayed in the same city

No, I didn't change city. Hopefully, it is a good sign that they update information quickly. Really looking forward for GTA applicants to receiving Test Invite soon.

I've just checked your timeline how come it took 129 days for AOR and IP Jan 2019, which mean it took almost 4 and half months to receive AOR. Normally take 2 months for AOR.

Opps I rechecked your application returned on Sep 29 and you must reapplied. Got you.

Nick - My test was on 23 Nov, status changed to DM on 26 Nov and received the Invite for Ceremony on 03 Jan 19 for 31 Jan 19. Hope these details help

Hi Group,
I have a cpl questions.
1. If I fail the test, what is the process of getting the next date ? How much wait time is there before the next date ? Is one failure in test cause any issues in the approval process ?

2. How much maximum time I can wait once the oath ceremony is done before applying the new passport ? I know minimum wait time if 2 days. I want to know whats the maximum time I can wait ?

These are not the normally asked questions, and these were nagging me from quite some time, so I thought throwing them up for discussion.
