Hi Guys,

I never thought I will be writing this but finally received the golden email after waiting for 358 days.

Thank you to each and everyone who helped me with my queries and bore my emotions. You all are a terrific bunch of people and it was a pleasure and honour to speak and get to learn from each and everyone of you. This group has been immensely supportive during the entire wait game.

My timeline is as below
AOR : 24th July 2018
Request for Additional documents : 27th August 2018
Medical Passed : 5th September 2018
January 2019 : Completed 6th months
GCMS notes : 14th May 2019
Medicals expired : 7th June 2019
Request for remedicals : 12th June 2019
Background Check : 12th June 2019 (*guess)
Medical status update : 16th July 2019
PPR email : 17th July 2019

*All dates are as per Indian Time Zone

To everyone who are still awaiting, I know the wait is daunting but please have faith in yourself and the universe. Totally agree that CIC has been really slow on the process. Though all seems hazy be assured that everything will fall in place someday for each and everyone of you. I am extremely hopeful of meeting some of you in Canada someday.

Beautiful country if you can put up with schizophrenic weather. I'm considering moving back home too solely based on this PR application. Such a soul destroying experience.

got the same update. were you under security screening?

I was under review required for eligibility. I don't think the ghost update was for that though. It was either for extending my medicals or it was about my ADRs.

I hear you. My family came here from Ireland over 150 years ago. This country just isn’t what it used to be. This process proves that.

I just logged into my account and it's showing "Application/profile updated". but I didnt see any update AT ALL. and it's not even a ghost update because i didnt receive any email about this. I guess it just simply means someone is processing your application, right?

Hi Everyone,
My medical expired on July 15th, 2019 and it was passed on Aug 15, 2018.
I havent received any request for re-doing medicals. Neither I have received any email or update on the platform, that it has been extended.

Could anyone tell me if this is unusual. Could anyone also tell me, if the medical gets extended, does one receive an email or is there an update on
the online portal.

Dear All,
My AOR is on November 12, 2018. Family of 3.
I moved to IP2 on February 6, 2019. After that, I have not heard to date.
I ordered for GCMS notes on April 17, 2019, and received it on July 15, 2019. (was expecting somewhere around May 20, 2019)

Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Info Sharing: Complete
Other Reqs: Cancelled
Final:

Can anyone make me understand the following:
1) Why the security is blank?
2) What is info sharing?
3) What is Other Reqs: Cancelled means?

It is nearing 8 months, I have not heard anything from IRCC. Are there anyone here with the same status.
