All - Is it fine if I don't include LOE? All my docs are pretty clear and I don't have anything specific to explain in LOE. Thoughts?

Hey three questions for you:

1) Spouse Maiden name change- I am enclosing affidavit from embassy along with old passport ( maiden name), new passport and marriage certificate.

Do I need to put a LOE for this or are the docs self explanatory?

2) Education docs for spouse- All have Maiden name- Again should I put a LOE or since we already mentioned that spouse had a different name so it’s obvious. Further we are submitting the proof as per point 1for name change.

3) POF- I am submitting letter from 2 banks. Though each of the bank letter has sufficient funds on their own but I am just ensuring that I show more than enough. Again is there a need for LOE here?

1. For Spouse maiden name change, marriage certificate is a sufficient proof, it is self-explanatory.
2. Again it is obvious that before mariage everything will be as per name before mariage
3. Yes it shows you have a good financial standing, no need to 'self-proclaim' this fact in a LoE.

All looks good without a LoE. There is nothing out of ordinary here in your case.
