Hi thanks for sharing your response. I acknowledge that case processing agent and officers are humans assessing your file and what does program assistant mean, is it computerized.I am not sure about the review required theory. My eligibility is met since November or earlier
and when I called IRCC 2 or 3 times after that they told me that eligibility was done.I am not sure about the review required theory. My eligibility is met since November or earlier and when I called IRCC 2 or 3 times after that they told me that eligibility was done.

SSDD. Going nowhere fast. How about you? What's your status by the way captain?
Thanks! I have already filed 1 complain in early Apr, seems need to file a 2nd one.Hey buddy,
For your GCMS notes that has not arrived for almost 70days, you can fill this online complaint form to the office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
https://www.priv.gc.ca/en/report-a-concern/file-a-formal-privacy-complaint/
Someone said he also didn't get his notes for a long time and filled the form and got his notes within a week.
Thank you! Seems my eligibility is just waiting for an officer to review for 9 months. “Eligibility Met” started in last August. So sad. You’re not under Review Required status that makes people worry - this is when a case Processing agent/analyst flags a particular item in your application for an officer to pay special attention to.
Every file either recommend pass, Met,not Met, failed, Review Required, must still be checked “again” by an Officer. That’s just the way it works.
Remember Review is in 3 stages; Program Assistant —-> Case Processing Agent/Case Analyst——> Officer (Final Review) every case follows these stages.'
You should email atip for the complain or try calling themThanks! I have already filed 1 complain in early Apr, seems need to file a 2nd one.
Congratulations man!Hello, guys, I am just another silent viewer in this forum and I just got the golden email last Friday. After waiting for 10 months, this long waiting game almost broke me down, but now I can finally take a break.
First, I hope everyone who is still under RR and background check will End this miserable loop soon. REMEMBER, DO NOT GIVE UP! I know it is pretty hard, but PPR are on its way.
My time line
AOR : July 26 2018
Ip1: I guess in August 2018
Ip2: May 3 2019
Ghost update:May 8 2019 noon
PPR: May 8 2019 around 4:30pm
I just got the PPR message today through my agent, because they received the email at the end of Friday without notice me and she was off on Monday, so I end up stressed out for another 3 days.
My application has been on RR (POF)since August 2018 and they didn't touch it for 8 month and never ask me for additional documents. I waited solid 6 month without order GCMS note and calling , trusted CIC will process my application by the deadline. However it is not happening.
I ordered gcms note on March and it said I am under RR, I didn't read carefully and miss the POF reason, wondering what happened to my file. Then I order another note and received it on May 10 morning. After read it carefully I noticed the POF reason and I stressed out. In the afternoon, I check my account, and I see a ghost update , wondering what happened, maybe they want additional documents? Rejected me ? So nervous.
But at the end, it is the golden email.
I will pray for everyone good luck!
(Don't stop living your lives - form someone in this forum) this sentence really gives me hope for last couple months I hope it would help you guys.
Thanks everyone.
Same here nearly 10 months, they requested ADR on 26 Apr, 2019. We submitted the ADR on 2 nd May. After that I got ghost update but NO PPR . My medical expires 25th of this month. In ADR, they did not request for the re-medical. I am bit confused whether they will send another ADR for re-medical or they will extend my medical. Not Sure. All our plans got shattered now.Reaching 10 months waiting time today
Only God knows how long more it will take. If only we had an approximate deadline at least we could plan our near future better. Really feel desperate
