Hi everyone , I received few days ago a renewal passeport request from IRCC , I have submitted it before yesterday what is the next step?? I'm in ip2 since november 09th.

People- I am in IP2 since 15 nov. I have extensive travel history and I fear SS- So should I order GCMS again or CBSA notes are the one I should go for? I know CBSA notes take much more time ( 50-60 days), but GCMS are also delayed now-days.

I've been in IP2 since November 2nd. I don't think you're in SS just because you have extensive travel history.
You can order both GCMS and CBSA notes if you're really worried.

I know- But I would like to know if I am in SS or not. If I am in SS then I need to plan accordingly.

Guys,
My passport will expire in less than 6 months, 5 to be more precise, and I’m planning to renew it this week or the next, my question is, should I raise a CSE and inform CIC that I got a new passport or just inform them when I get PPR?
My AoR is July 9th and I’m hoping, and praying, to get the golden email YESTERDAY, were it possible!!!!

Yes, you upload your new passport's bio pages through a CSE and that will be it. Good luck

You probably should order CBSA too. It's a one page document that'll tell you if you're in SS.

Have u ordered GCMS notes?!? if not, then jsut go ahead and do so. It will inform you in details why you are still stuck at IP1 stage

My Agent is advising to order after 6 months. Is it fine?

IP1 : Your appln is in progress. We will send an update once it started.
IP2 : We are processing Ur appln.

same here! my eligibility is review required, I am just waiting for my GCMS notes to see the reason behind the review. Hope its nothing serious but ever since i started this process back in 2017, I have waited for my ielts revaluation results for 14 weeks then 6 months for ITA after submitting the application on 23rd July, its been 4.5 months! This entire waiting game is so overwhelming, I lost focus at work and I've been scrutinzed by my management. I am not sure if they are going to keep me here or let me go by end of this month.

Is there anyone else waiting for their BG check to start? My AOR is for July 12th and yet my application is no where close to being approved. In fact, I even contacted IRCC through web form - According to their reply, "The responsible office is currently verifying if my application needs the eligibility requirement under immigration program for FSW-Outland"

This is absurd, 4.5 months since AOR and they are still checking my eligibility!! Any comment??

Same here...AOR July 24th....Don't worry ...next 20 days will pass pretty quickly in christmas holidays and all... After that you will be completing 6 months and that's it...
