You should have put more money, you're delaying your application for an absurd reason. Add a thousand or 2 and submit an updated letter.

I thought they check the amount on the day of submission. Otherwise they dont have a way of getting the latest currency raye
no, it won't impact, at the time of your ppr, if they ask for the proof of fund do it, otherwise not required. it won't impact
Not sure they do. At submission FX rates on XE was 274 N/CAD and I submitted the screenshots of the conversion rate.
In my notes, I saw the agent used 279 N/CAD as the rate
I just received my GCMS notes:
ASSESSMENTS
Eligibility: Met (Is it different from 'passed' or 'recommended pass'? I talked to an agent last week and she said 'met' as well)
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Not Started (When I called the agent said it was completed, and I am on IP2)
VO: CPC-Ottawa
It seems everything is okay at first, but there is something that caught my attention on notes.
On Notes 2 it says "FUNDS: REVIEW REQUIRED". On Notes 1 it is just "PReVU Verified". There are other notes, but none mentions the funds.
On "Activity", the Activity 9 is "11.2-EE MI Calculate", then on Activity 8 "11.2-EE MI Calculation in Progress", Activity 6 "11.2-EE MI Review Required", and finally Activity 1 "11.2-EE MI Met"
On "Application" is the same: Application 7 "Eligibility Calculate", Application 6 "Eligibility Calculation in Progress", Application 5 "Eligibility Review Required", and then Application 4 "Eligibility Met".
If I understand it correctly, at first they weren't so sure about by PoF, but by the time I ordered the GCMS notes they had just accepted it. The value I declared appears on "ECONOMIC Available Funds (CAD)" on second page.
Any thoughts?

Like you said, they had an uncertainty about the funds but your eligibility was eventually met. An officer will confirm it. All looks good. Good luck
Hi Neha...i have the same AOR (25th July) as yours and i am also stuck in "Review Required". Ordered GCMS but it will take time. Please let me know if they have mentioned any date for review by an officer.
Increase amount in your account and upload a new statement vide CSE webform. Dun delay ur application for this simple reason.
