HelloI made 3 seperate. One for sponsor, one for pa, and one for proof. I left the reciept amd document checklist and passport photos outside of an envelope and ontop of the 3 envelopes inside of one big one. Hope that makes sense. I included a cover letter with a list of everything inside of each envelope. I know others have just put it in order of the checklist in one big envelope though too. I don't think it matters much if you use 3 or 1.
I am little confuse. Whether we have to send one set of forms for Sponsor too?
