I am pleased to say that I have finally received my oath invitation today. My oath is on the 21st of April. Almost about to reach the end of a 5 year journey. Good luck to anyone still waiting.

I don't know about most of my dates on the top of my head (I'll update them as soon as I get the chance) but the few important ones are:
Application Received: July 13th, 2017
Test Given: October 28th, 2017
Oath Invitation: March 29th, 2018
Location: Scarborough, Ontario

welcome to the forum. Scarborough has a long wait time. Since it is been a while you could do one of the 2 things..

1) call CIC and try and find out what is the delay...would not be of much help but it is good to know for the step 2
2) contact your MP and explain the situation - s/he may request for an update and that could speed up the process (as it is DM for you)

I have not called them yet. I have been following the forum from some time. I noticed that people who applied around July 17th have JUST received the date for oath around Apr 21st, 24th. So I thought it is normal. I am hoping I will get the oath date in next 1 week. Fingers crossed.
