Sure.. Updated. Good luck!in process aug 28. can you update? thanks
Congrats!Yay !!! just got our AOR - Aug 30, 2017.
Please update the spreadsheet
Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear about this! What an ordeal. Does it tell you who signed for it? I sent my application via registered mail and I can see the name and signature of the person who received the item - if you can see the same thing, can't you ask CIC who this person is and track it down that way? You won't have to re-pay the fees since you can just include the a copy of the receipt, but I am sure you feel concerned about your private personal information floating around who knows where.. So are you going to resubmit your application?Hi
just a update to everyone in thew group.
I had sent my application on 10th july and it was received on 12 th july via priority mail/canada post
Since there was no AOR for 6 weeks I called CIC call centre last friday and was told they never received my application
I have the tracking number and the notification that it was delivered.
so dont shy to call them and ask whats going on: paid 630 $ as fees and I know citizenship is not a right but privilage but who is responsible for loss of my whole identity documents which are out of thin air.?
Since you already received your AOR and it's in process I would suggest you wait till they actually send a query to clarify the date discrepancy. Why instigate something which might not be a big dealHey guys! So I just found a mistake on my application. In the section where we put addresses we have lived at, I put my current address and said I lived there until July 12, 2017. I was planning to send the application on the 12th, but I ended up sending it on the 10th. So technically the date on the address is later than the date the application was signed. I received my AOR on August 18th, and as of August 29th it's "In process". I don't know if they didn't notice the date discrepancy, or they thought it's a minor thing not worth sending the application back. Do you think I should be worried about this? Is it too late to send it back now, or reject it over something like that? Thanks for your input
Thank you I think I am just overly anxious and looking for reasons to stress out!Since you already received your AOR and it's in process I would suggest you wait till they actually send a query to clarify the date discrepancy. Why instigate something which might not be a big deal
Updated, Good luck for a speedy processYay. In Process as of Aug 29th.
Question: if in process does it mean all my paper work is good? Not missing any?
Congrats! It does mean all the paperwork is there. But if they find any info missing later they could still send the application back for clarification. But let's hope they don't Good Luck!!Yay. In Process as of Aug 29th.
