hi to all the members i have question if i put email correspondence on my application the the invitation to write test will be sent on email or regular mail.thanks in advance

I called cic today and asked me to wait another 2 weeks my application was received July 19 . I feel that my application get lost and I will have the same experience I had 3 years ago . Any suggestions please ???!!!!!

Omy having our application sent with tracking number and says someone have received it is not a guarantee that they have successfully put our application on queue.. Now i'm worried my application was received July 20 and haven't receive AOR

Canada post delivery confirmation has no signature.Then application delivered but no aor long time, it can be lost ?!? How inefficient the process is, why can't they make it online application instead?!?

Yes indeed, life would be easier if we could just apply online, especially as they only ask for copies of docs - we could easily upload them. Also they keep changing forms and photo specifications and all of that - it is a tremendous extra work to re-do the package and re-send, not to mention valuable time lost.

Can be either e-mail or mail or both. Better monitoring your ECAS regularly. Sometimes they make typos in addresses. Your ECAS is more reliable. It will have a new line "we sent you a correspondence to appear for citizenship test etc." Or something like that

Looks like things have slowed down. Last IP update was on the 25th of Aug, for July applicants. I'm on day 12 since AOR and still counting...
Any updates today?

Got worried yesterday about a post saying IRCC Lost their application even though canadapost said someone have received it.. i was about to call them but when I refreshed my inbox.. Finally received our AOR.. somehow it was a big releief to know that they do have it.. please update thanks
