I have a question here.

I am an engineer with a Masters degree from India and worked in Calgary for 4 years. I am a Professional Engineer and a member of APEGA.
How do i submit my English language requirements? All my engineering was in English.

Please help me with this question?

you have to submit a copy of your masters degree (or bachelor's degree) or transcript. This will be your language proof.

Now I just submitted my master degree certificate copy from USA. Did not attach any transcript. Will this be an issue?

The Guide says to send diploma or transcript - so technically one is enough. They will let you know if they need it and send request for additional documents.
I sent both because my degree from UK is just one page and does not show any subjects or grades or what Master's means in UK education system - so I attached transcript as well. My Transcript is called "a supplement to diploma" (so is kind of detached "part" of diploma) - I sent both just in case.
