Before oath ceremonies are scheduled, CIC interviewers can only estimate. Hopefully soon there'll be more oath ceremonies scheduled for Scarborough office.

I know... This is the last step of the process and we want to complete it as soon as possible.

BTW, the same here, no DM on ecas.

No was lucky i didn't have to. Why do you ask?

I got a Finger Print request after I got a test invite I took my test paased it
I called the CIC they said its under Security Background check,

so am just worried how long will it take?

Can you be more specific with dates?

I got fingerprint request on Oct 28 .... done in Monday Oct 31 ..... RCMP sent results to CIC on Nov 01.
I called CIC today to confirm they received the results, they said they did not receive anything yet

We can call them, but I don't think the phone call would speed up the process. Two additional oath ceremonies have just been added to Scarborough location for the month of November. I really believe we'll get DM/oath/passports soon.

After "Decision Made" , It will change to "Complete" few days after Oath Ceremony and when you click on it. It will have a last line as

5.We sent you a notice on to appear and take the oath of citizenship......
6. You became a Canadian citizen on xx-x-xx date

I check Ecas Everyday.... sometimes twice a day!!!

There is not a lot you can do. I stopped checking eCas every day. Now I maybe check it once a week.
