Yes, I did it just to be in safer side by a few days (more than 1461) not to lie about my actual presence, I was already eligible. who do you think you are to accuse someone you don't even know? grew up!

How can I find out the immigration office my application went to ?
In ecase it only says In Process.

1. Call the CIC call center or
2. Order ATIP report - this can take 30 days or
3. Wait for the test invite letter which will give the office name.

I am no trying to accuse anyone - I do what the gov. may do. You can be offended or swear - it's your choice how to react. I only shared my opinion based on my experience. I could ignore your question too, but I didn't.

I checked my eCAS status today and I got the message:
"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided."

I don't know what is going on

Until yesterday, it was "Application Received"

Me too and I could not believe my eyes. I was like why I'm getting a brown envelope now!! thought it was CRA. my test is on October 4th.

I was going to check my ecas today evening, but glad I saw the hard copy first.

Good Morning guys,

I have a question regarding address change. When i got my AOR via email, ECAS had my mailing address as my former US address at the time I applied for PR. However the AOR email showed my current canadian address. So what I did I updated the mailing address through Ecas as well to make sure they don't send any correspondence to my former US address.
Now when I open Ecas it only shows my home address as my Canadian address, but the mailing address is blank. Did I do something wrong?

PS: My application had my canadian address which hasn't changed since I got to Canada.

On ecas today morning, updated that test invite letter sent out on September 1 and test date is Sep 26
