Looks like the Canada Post is going on strike. What is the alternative to Canada Post?
Many courier companies like DHL, Aramex and many more are providing this service.

But which one provides a similar service (mail received confirmation) and is cheap as Canada Post?

I used UPS, it is bit expensive (was $42.90) but tracking is good and is scheduled to be delivered on July 7th, 2016.

Do we need a seperate spreadsheet for July? Will it be better if it is tracked in the common sheet so that previous and subsequent month applicants can have a good comparison.

Just my thought.

Would be better

How much days for a buffer is best?
I see people apply with as little as 1460 days

One of the RQ's on the spreadsheet has 1462 days. would it be better to accumulate extra days to avoid RQ?

Most ppl says 2 weeks would be ideal for a buffer. Though there is no hard n fast rule, if you submit with 1460 days or with only a few days buffer, IRCC can take extra time to go through the very minute details of your entry-exits and travels. This can take more time and will nullify the lead time while applying in addition to the chance of RQ. My spouse will be applying next week; though she has attained 1460 days 2 weeks back - to be on the safer side. That's one reason I'm following July thread tho' my process is almost complete.
